Elite Vertical Program
This program is an elite vertical jumping program that will focus on players learning how to generate power and explosion through a three phase vertical jump program designed by Strong by Science: Max Schmarzo and edited and changed by Coach's Mind to target individuals need . Click here for more details on the three different phases. This program also places a huge emphasis on an athlete' s holistic well-being. From: mobility, flexibility, and stability.

Junior Elite Program
Junior Elite Athlete program is designed to teach youth athletes how to use their bodies as an athlete. This program will introduce strength training, agility movements, mobility, flexibility, power and much more.

The Game Changer: " In-season lifting
We call this program "The Game Changer" because it truly is. We design our in-season program to make sure all athletes stay healthy from small tissue injuries that can take them out of competition. During our in-season lifting players not only stay healthy but they will get stronger and more explosive throughout the training regimen. If you really want to be a top notch player this in-season game changing program is for you.
The program is a 21 day program that will take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I highly recommend lifting on game days to truly help athletes have better recovery.
Duration:
The program lasts the duration of their current in-season sport. 3 days/week, 40-50 mins

Option 1: $420/ sport in-season sport

Option 2: $1100 for 3 in- season spots

Winter Pre-Season Lifting Program
Intro:
This will be an all around lifting program for any athlete competing in winter sports that is not doing a fall sport. This will be a 3 day a week program that will last for 6-9 weeks. The program will begin approximately September 18th, 2023.
Focus:
This program will focus on all you need to prep yourself for the up and coming winter season: muscle growth, strength, power, cardiovascular conditioning, speed agility, and much more. We will get you in shape to dominate your competition while preparing your body for a hard fought season.
Duration:
Start: September 18th 2023, 6-9 week program, 3 days a week, 90-120 minutes.
